**Due to No Power; NO ONE will be at school;
on May 20-22; Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday of this week.
** Lunches will still be going out on those days.
**There is a new mailbox for you to put your homework in after hours.
Please bring your homework and put it in there if no one is in the office.

**Here are a few words of wisdom:
African-American scholar and diplomat Ralph Bunche credits much of his
success in life to the teachings and guidance of his grandmother. He
describes her as a tiny, yet powerful woman with great moral and spiritual
strength.
Now listen to some of the advice this remarkable woman gave her
grandson, who would grow up to be one of the great citizens of the world.
Set a goal for yourself and determine to reach it despite all
obstacles. Be honest with yourself and the world at all
times. Never compromise what you know to be right. And
never be satisfied with any effort you make until you are
certain that you have given it the best you have in you.
Ralph Bunche honored and respected his grandmother and took her words
to heart. Today, take a moment to be grateful for the adults in your life who
care enough to teach you some practical rules for living.
