Announcement for today include:
***Lunch for today is: Cheeseburger or Chicken & Cheese Quesadilla
***Breakfast for Thursday is: Sausage Breakfast Pizza or Choice of Cereal
***Lunch for Thursday is : Chili in a bread Bowl or Max Stix
***MS Boys Basketball will have practice Thursday & Friday 3:30-530PM
***HS Girls Basketball meeting will be in Heidi's room tomorrow at 12:20 PM
***With the end of the quarter approaching, Mrs. Hoffman will be doing
the next grade check for high school students on November 9th.
***There will be Play practice during 9th hour on Wednesday and Friday this week. Tryouts will be on Wednesday, November 8th. If you are interested please contact Mrs. Koz for more information. The Play is called Reality Stars: Greek God's Edition.
***Picture RETAKE Day is tomorrow, Thursday, November 2. If you need a form. Please stop in the office and pick one up.
***Fall Banquet is coming up on the 9th of November, @ 5:30 PM in the commons.
Get your form and money in as soon as possible. Student athletes in HS volleyball
soccer, football and cross country will be recognized at the Banquet.
***Here are a few words of wisdom:
For over fifty years, the United Nations has worked toward international
peace and security. Let me quote from the constitution or the
United Educational, Scientific and Cultural organization:
Since wars begin in the minds of people, it is in the minds of
people that . . . peace must be constructed.
In other words, when we have thoughts of peace and understanding
towards one another, we begin the process of constructing global peace.
It's important to hold a greater vision for the world, but it's equally important
to ask yourself these questions: Am I making an effort to create peace and
understanding in my own community? . . . my own school?. . . my own
home?
Let's construct a little peace in the world today by making a special effort to
understand one another.
