***Here are a few words of wisdom:

Pablo Casals was a world-renowned Spanish musician. composer,

conductor, and humanitarian. Now listen to these words he wrote from a

piece entitled "You Are A Marvel":

. . . Do you know what you are? You are a marvel. You

are unique. In all the years that have passed, there has never

been another [young person] like you. Your legs, your arms,

your clever fingers, the way you move. You may become a

Shakespeare.  a Michaelangelo.  a Beethoven. Yes, you are a

marvel.  And when you grow up, can you then harm another

who is,  like you, a marvel?

Today,  let's treat each other like the marvelous and unique human beings

we are, and always search for nonviolent ways to resolve our conflicts.

***With something to think about, Make it a great day . . or not.

     The choice is yours.
