***Here are a few words of wisdom:
Have  you ever had a difficult time going to sleep at night because you
did something that you knew was wrong? The Germans have a
wonderful proverb:
A good conscience makes a soft pillow.
Is your conscience bothering you because you did something you
shouldn't have done? Do you need a good night's sleep? Talk with
someone you trust -  your mom or dad, spiritual leader, teacher, or
counselor. Tell the person what you did, and let him or her help you
decide how you can best mend the situation. Then, do your very best to
learn from your mistake, forgive yourself, and move on.

***With something to think about,  Make it a great day....or not. The choice is yours.
