***Here are a few words of wisdom:
There is a West African proverb that goes like this:
Ingratitude is sooner or later fatal to its author.
In other words, when a person is constantly ungrateful toward life and
toward others, sooner or later something dies inside that person. What
dies? The joy that comes from being grateful for the blessings we enjoy
each and every day . . . like the blessings of food and shelter, the blessing
of receiving an education, the gift of a smile or a hug.
Today, make a list of all the things you are grateful for and then practice a
little gratitude.
With something to think about, Make it a great day . . or not. The choice is yours.
