What: The Gresham Lions Halloween Party
Where: The drive-through will be held at St. Francis Solanus Church (Lions members will be at the front doors with candy!)
When: Sunday, October 31st from 4 to 6 PM, or until the candy is gone (whichever comes first).
Who: This is like the Lions’ Halloween Parties of the past, it is for pre-school aged children through grade six.

Today, Mrs. Becky Hoffman's freshman English classes got to take part in an activity inspired by a book they read titled "The Pigman". The activity was apple rolling to discover what "Sick, undernourished, antique apples" sound like when you roll them on a wooden floor.
If you know, you know. If you don't, we highly suggest reading "The Pigman".





Our ninth-hour knitting group is back up and running. We are so grateful to everyone who has donated supplies and money to us; we're making very good use of them! We're hoping to add more knitters as the year goes on.
