We kicked off our testing season with some incentives today. It included movies, popcorn, and games. Adin and Tia had the pleasure of losing to Sylas and Mr. Dieck in cribbage even though they had three 16 hands in a row. BOOM!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day Wildcats!

We are still looking for one more MS Track coach for this spring for our cooperative team with Bowler. We have one coach from Bowler already. If you would be interested and willing to help out please let Mr. Zobeck know at zobeckj@gresham.k12.wi.us or 715-787-3211 Ext. 404.
Here is what I can tell you thus far:
$1250 pay (Paid by Bowler)
First practice April 11th
6 meets
Last day would be the meet on May 16th
So a pretty short commitment to help some young student-athletes out and make some decent money.
Please share tag anyone that you think would be interested or share it to them.

Congratulations to Lizzy May! She is the first to reach the “Olympic Master” level of the Band Scale Olympics, and claim one of the gold medals! To do this, she had to play all 12 majors scales, one octave, from memory for Miss Sargent. This is no small feat for a 6th grade student, and the music department is so proud!

Today was day one of the US History students presenting their Civil War projects. Project topics included cannons and minie balls, Frederick Douglass, Frances Clayton, confederate currency, William Sherman, and the 15th amendment. More pictures to come!

Physical science classes started their balloon rocket lab today investigating Newton’s 3 laws of motion. Of course being able to stand on the lab bench is always a favorite.

Some of Mr. Smith's Kids enjoyed the fresh new snow and had to see how big of a snow ball they could make.

Open enrollment for the 2022-23 school year is available. It's a great day to be a Wildcat! See the link below or on the website.
