Due to the prediction of rain on Saturday and Sunday, Big Brothers/Big Sisters Fun for Kids’ Sake has been postponed until Saturday, May 13th! We are hoping for great weather that day and hope to see a lot of people come out for a fun day! This is right after the Optimist’s Bike Rodeo, so it will be a great day to be in Shawano!
Remember that the summer school sign up forms are due by Friday, May 5th to your classroom teacher, office or Mrs. Brenda Hoffman.
Two of our sixth grade students, Abby and Andrew, recently attended College Days for Kids at UWSP. They got to spend the day meeting new kids from around the state and attending a variety of classes taught by students and staff from UWSP.

Our 8th grade students had the opportunity to explore a variety of careers at the annual 8th Grade Career Fair.

A little over 1,000 dollars has been raised so far which all goes to the Wisconsin Cystic Fibrosis chapter helping those battling CF. Thank you again to so many for all the love and support. The 7th graders are using dice today to gather random samples from a population. They are learning about populations, sample sizes, and random sampling.

HS Softball game has been postponed for today. Practice is mandatory for pitchers and catchers in Bowler. Optional for others.
