Isaac Brady, a student in Mrs. White's communications class, is planning his Common Craft video to explain Greek mythology. This is an alternative to a traditional research paper. Common Craft is a style of video that has the goal of explaining a topic "in plain English." Students create cutouts of images and move them around while explaining a topic.

Last week World History students were introduced to the Four Claim testers that we will return to throughout the semester as they learn and investigate different historical eras, themes, and societies. The Four Claim testers are Logic, Evidence, Authority, and Intuition. To practice these skills students organized various statements about the study of world history onto a paper to categorize which claim the statement would be tested against.

Mrs. White's enrichment class is busy learning new techniques and styles for bracelet making. We have a good start in terms of supplies but could use more. Specifically, we are looking to add white clay beads, black clay beads, multicolor clay beads, gold beads, white pearl beads, clasps, and embroidery floss for friendship bracelets. If anyone would like to donate supplies or Amazon gift cards, the students would greatly appreciate it.
