2026 CWC All-Star Band and Choir Concert!

The choir and band sent six students to represent Gresham at the annual CWC 'All Star Band and Choir' event held in Amherst on Saturday, Jan. 17th. Those students included: Seniors Emily Jensen and Riley Hohensee, Sophomores Roselynn Rosenow and Elaynna Templeton-Haffner, and Freshmen John Brady and Abby Goers.

Students from 19 other schools in the Central Wisconsin Music Conference joined together for a day of intensive rehearsals where they practiced challenging and beautiful repertoire. They were led by guest conductor and clinicians, Dr. Matheus Cruz (Director of Choral Activities at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point) and Dr. Patrick Lawrence (Professor of Trombone, Euphonium, and Tuba at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point).

The students concluded the day by presenting a concert of the pieces they had rehearsed throughout the day and returned to the classroom better prepared to be leaders in Gresham’s Music Department.
