3rd grade recently finished their unit on The Viking Age and made their very own Viking Longships with the help of Mr. Bosman.

Biology class has been learning about DNA replication and protein synthesis. We made candy models of the DNA structure and then modeled the transcription process into mRNA.

The Animal Science class has been learning about Mitosis in their Cellular Biology unit. To show their knowledge of Mitosis they decorated sugar cookies like the five stages of Mitosis!

Physics students and some of the Fab lab students are working together on a wind turbine project this semester. Today students constructed a simple prototype to look at voltage and blade shape.

FORE!!!! Any high school student interested in joining golf should attend a meeting in Mr. Dieck's room at 12:15pm after eating lunch. It's a great sport to learn and play the rest of your life. We have sets of clubs for students to use.
